Factory 209 is seeking Graduate Intern Developers to join their internship program, with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. As an intern, you will work alongside experienced software developers, gaining hands-on experience in real-world software development projects. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Contribute to problem-solving and brainstorming for current and upcoming projects
• Learn and apply best practices in software development (version control, testing, debugging, etc)
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Continuously upskill through mentorship and hands-on project work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field
• A solid foundation in programming languages (eg Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)
• A passion for technology, learning, and solving complex problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking
• Familiarity with version control tools (eg Git) is a plus
